Requirements
- Completed degree or comparable qualification (e.g., Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
- Relevant experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Consulting / Project Management in B2B-SaaS
- Mastery of stakeholder management from IT to C-Level, strong communication & advisory skills
- Technical understanding of software/IT topics, as well as analytical thinking and fast learning capabilities
- Very good knowledge of German and English
