Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development (at least 2 years as a manager)
- Experience in developing B2B SaaS applications
- Experience with integrating AI solutions in the industrial context
- Leadership mentality with technical depth and the desire to form a team
- In-depth knowledge of C# /.NET, relational databases, and SQL
- Analytical, communicative, and self-responsible – you drive projects forward
- Experience with agile, SCRUM-based software engineering processes
- Very good German and English skills
