Head Coach & Community Manager - Uncommons, NV

We are looking for a Head Coach & Community Manager to lead our studio in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sharing the solidcore brand and workout, and will have experience in group fitness and team management. The Head Coach will be responsible for coaching classes, developing a team of coaches, and providing a high level of customer service.

Requirements

• Serving as the lead coach, maintaining a full schedule of 10+ classes per week
• Providing coach development to a team of coaches
• Delivering a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience
• Meeting company utilization & retention expectations
• Taking direction from the Area Manager to assist with day-to-day operations
