Job Description
Soliel LLC is seeking an experienced Proposal Coordinator to support the development of compelling and compliant submissions to RFPs/RFQs, RFIs, and marketing surveys. The role involves coordinating the administrative aspects of the proposal process, working closely with the Proposal Manager and SMEs to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of relevant experience in proposal coordination or administrative support
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Basic experience in graphics development or document layout
- Highly organized, team-oriented, enthusiastic, and collaborative
- Strong initiative and the ability to meet strict proposal deadlines
