Senior Financial Analyst (GTM)

Senior Financial Analyst (GTM) will serve as a strategic advisor to Solink's Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, providing financial guidance that drives profitable growth, supports operational efficiency, and strengthens accountability across the GTM organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or a related analytical role
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, scenario modeling, automation)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into business recommendations
• Proven experience supporting sales or marketing functions in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence non-financial stakeholders
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail and deadlines
