We're looking for a User Researcher to join our multidisciplinary team designing and delivering innovative digital products and services for our Government and Private Sector clients.
Requirements
- Develop and carry out user research plans that produce relevant insights and evaluation of experiences and outcomes.
- Map and engage with different stakeholder groups.
- Carry out research responsibly and ethically, ensuring protection of participant privacy.
- Support and coach teams and stakeholders in the use of a range of user research methods, analysis and synthesis techniques and approaches to presenting and sharing findings.
- Produce concise artefacts to help communicate user and business needs.
- Work with agile development teams and stakeholders to co-design and deliver products and services to meet user needs.
- Advocate for and ensure high standards of usability, accessibility and inclusivity for products and services.
- Communicate insights in an engaging and concise way to engage stakeholders in data-informed decisions.
- Support the development of Solirius' internal culture, tools, processes and growth opportunities.
