Job Description
SOLPLANET is seeking a Service Engineer to provide technical troubleshooting, commissioning support, and product improvement. AISWEI is a leading renewable energy solutions provider specializing in solar inverters, batteries, and EV chargers. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Provide technical troubleshooting support to installers and customers.
- Provide commissioning support remotely or on-site.
- Collaborate with international and local colleagues to resolve customer issues.
- Actively identify opportunities for product and process improvement.
- Regularly collect customer feedback.
