Job Description
SOLPLANET is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support and consultancy to customers in the solar photovoltaic sector. The role involves training, providing technical advice, and maintaining customer relationships within the Korean market. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for renewable energy.
Requirements
- Bachelor or above in technical degree, preferably in electrical engineering, renewable energy, photovoltaic engineering, or similar.
- Fluent in Korean and English.
- In-depth knowledge of PV, energy storage systems, and EV chargers.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven work experience in a PV related industry (advantageous).
