Job Description
We're looking for a dynamic Access Center Coordinator to join our EHS Access and Command Center team. You'll be the first point of contact for patients and referring providers, providing timely, efficient, and high-quality service. If you have excellent customer service skills and experience in a contact center environment, we'd love to have you join our team!
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of Health Care experience, or 2 years of contact center environment type of work
- Prior customer service work experience
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a fast-paced environment
