Job Description

The Senior Continuous Improvement (SR CI) Specialist is responsible for leading and facilitating culture transformation, strategy deployment, and improvement projects across Elliot Hospital using improvement science and methodologies such as lean and six sigma.
Requirements
- Must live local to Manchester NH
- BA/BS in Healthcare, Statistics, Informatics, Business, Engineering or other related field
- Lean/Six Sigma Blackbelt/Master Blackbelt Certification or advanced training and certification
- Minimum of 5 years of Continuous Improvement experience with use of advanced lean tools
- Proven team facilitation experience
