Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Management Specialist (RN) to lead and coordinate quality assessment and performance improvement initiatives across the health system. This role involves organizing and monitoring process improvement efforts, analyzing and presenting quality data, and facilitating peer review processes.
Requirements
- BSN required
- Registered Nurse, licensed in the state of NH
- Minimum of five years clinical experience in a Nursing role and three years experience in quality improvement efforts or similar
- Working knowledge of Continuous Process Improvement and Lean methods and concepts
