Job Description
The Technical Support Specialist II provides Tier II desktop support for SolutionHealth, deploying, maintaining, and managing desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Provides application support for core desktop applications and troubleshoots technical issues.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent in Information Systems or related field
- COMP TIA A+ certification or equivalent
- 3-5 years' experience supporting PCs in a networked environment
- 5+ years' experience in a healthcare setting preferred
