Job Description
Solvere One is seeking a highly qualified System Administrator to provide support to clients, resolving complex technical issues and implementing technical solutions to increase stability, security, and speed of client environments.
Requirements
- Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves complex problems for users of personal computer software and hardware, local network, the Internet, and new computer technologies
- Recommend and implement technical solutions that increase the stability, security, or speed of client environments
- Provide onsite technical support at client offices when necessary
- Final escalation point for all client issues and problems, including project scoping
- Create detailed technical documentation for resolutions of issues
- Workflow and thorough documentation of events via PSA platform
