We are looking for a Cyber Security and Compliance Officer who can identify risks that others do not see, and who knows how to capitalize on opportunities to improve processes and develop themselves for personal growth and for Solvinity.
Requirements
- Perform compliance tasks to identify and manage risks, and know how to handle findings.
- Redesign existing processes within the PDCA cycle to better address new risks.
- Work intensively with colleagues from your team and engineering teams to develop and monitor standards.
- Participate in project activities, such as setting up new processes for modern technology, not just testing existing ones.
- Execute various compliance tasks, such as RBAC reviews, vulnerability management, security baselining, and awareness programs.
- Respond to ad-hoc questions from the organization and customers about security and compliance.
- Promote quality and continuous improvement of internal governance processes.
- Actively contribute to maintaining compliance certifications and assurance reports.
