The Account Director will lead a portfolio of key accounts, manage and develop a team of Senior Account Managers, and oversee trading strategy, performance, and forecasting for TikTok Shop clients.
Requirements
- Strong experience in e-commerce, trading or performance marketing leadership roles
- Proven experience managing teams and leading client accounts
- Deep understanding of e-commerce trading and merchandising, conversion rate optimisation, AOV growth strategies, and promotional planning and execution
