Job Description
Somerce is looking for a Head of People & Culture to shape the strategy, structures, and rituals that help the company attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent as it scales. The role involves developing a people strategy, designing initiatives to strengthen culture and engagement, owning the hiring process, and creating development pathways and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a senior People / HR role in a fast-paced agency, creative, or tech environment
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build trust quickly at every level of a business
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels and roll up sleeves as needed
