Job Description
Sona is a rapidly growing AI-native workforce management platform focused on frontline organisations in Social Care and Hospitality. They are seeking a Project Manager to lead implementation projects for their solutions in end-to-end delivery, covering the entire lifecycle from requirements gathering to customer rollout. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Proven success delivering enterprise software implementation projects on time, within budget and scope.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with C-level executives.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, able to influence without direct authority.
- Strategic thinker with strong risk management, planning and prioritisation capabilities.
- Calm, organised and results-driven under pressure, with excellent time management.
- Confident in presenting, reporting and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience with workforce management or HR software (Bonus)
