Job Description
Sona is looking for a Solutions Architect to join their team. As a Solutions Architect, you will sit at the intersection between sales, implementation and product to ensure that Sona develops, sells and implements the best possible product for their customers. You will provide technical and product consultation and advocacy throughout the customer journey, accountable for a highly solution-oriented implementation process.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Workforce Management solutions
- Ability to quickly interpret and validate customer requirements
- Experience using industry-standard project methods, tools, and techniques
- Presentation, solution demonstration, training and meeting facilitation skills
