Job Description
Sonalake is a dynamic and growing company that builds cutting-edge BSS/OSS solutions for the telecommunications industry. We are seeking Engineering Managers to lead our flagship telecoms OSS/BSS products.
Requirements
- Manage teams that have shipped and operated complex, integration-heavy software systems in production
- Work well cross-functionally and can balance competing priorities with clear judgement
- Have at least seven years of experience as a software engineer with hands-on development in languages such as Java/Kotlin or JavaScript/TypeScript, and strong experience with cloud platforms
- Have at least four years of experience managing engineers
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English, both written and spoken
