Requirements
- Define and communicate the vision for the product.
- Develop and prioritize the product roadmap based on business strategy and customer needs.
- Oversee all stages of product creation, from ideation to development and launch.
- Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify areas of differentiation.
- Drive Product Success – Collaborate with the Product Management (PM) team to define product objectives, key success metrics, and roadmaps.
- Own Execution – Lead cross-functional teams to bring compelling, scalable solutions to market. Identify roadblocks and proactively remove them to ensure timely delivery.
- Data-Driven Decisions – Analyze product performance using tools like Looker & Databricks and implement improvements based on insights.
- Customer-Centric Approach – Work closely with users and stakeholders to understand their pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Agile Leadership – Manage and prioritize the product backlog, contribute to sprint planning, and participate in Scrum meetings.
- Innovate & Optimize – Keep up with the latest product management practices, usability trends, and market differentiators to create best-in-class experiences
