NorthEast Electrical is seeking a Full-time, Sales Manager to join our Industrial team in Brockton, MA. The role involves managing and inspiring a high-performing outside sales team, developing strategies to expand the customer base, and enhancing presence at existing accounts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of growth and team performance
• Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or university
• Preferred experience in automation, with Rockwell Automation experience being a plus
