Project Staging Coordinator

Echo Electric is a leader in electrical distribution, seeking a Project Staging Coordinator to assist in the coordination of operational and administrative activities of the Project Logistics Center (PLC).

Requirements

• Coordinate inbound shipments with sales, vendors, and freight companies
• Create and maintain project folders of packing slips
• Assemble, package, sort, and label project materials
• Understand and follow special project staging requirements
• Work closely with SE Region Sales, Ops, and Shipping departments to coordinate outbound deliveries
