Job Description
SonoThera is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to support the advancement of their genetic medicine drug development programs. This role involves comprehensive project management across the entire drug development lifecycle, from initial research to regulatory submissions, including IND, BLA, and MAA. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to drive operational and strategic direction and achieve project objectives.
Requirements
- BS/BA in Biological Sciences or related field (MS, PhD, MBA, or PMP is a plus)
- 8 years of experience in gene therapy drug development
- 3-5 years of formal project management experience in biotech, pharma, or life sciences
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to work with project teams
- Proven track record supporting biologic or drug development programs
- Strong proficiency with Smartsheet project management software
