Manager, Audience Development & Digital Ads - Epic

Sony Music Entertainment is seeking a creative and data-driven Audience Development & Digital Ads manager to support the digital marketing efforts of Epic Records. The role involves planning and executing digital advertising campaigns, building fans, generating data, and managing billing processes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about music and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience planning, executing, and optimizing TikTok, Meta & Google advertising (TikTok, Meta & Google Ads Manager) campaigns.
• Hands-on experience building and engaging audiences through SMS, email marketing etc.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills
• Music fan with a passion for innovation, digital strategy and ability to apply relevant technology and trends to music marketing
