Manager, Content Development - Columbia

We are seeking a Manager, Content Development to join our content development team. The role will involve producing and editing short form videos, generating creative content ideas, creating motion graphics, and shooting social content. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in shooting high-quality short videos and photos, as well as editing them using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Photoshop. The role requires strong creative vision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Proficiency in shooting high-quality short videos and photos, as well as editing them using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Photoshop.
• Deep understanding of the latest trends and best practices in short form vertical content, particularly for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Expertise in various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.), including their algorithms, trends, and best practices.
