Manager, Marketing (Hip Hop + R&B) - The Orchard

The Orchard is seeking an experienced, innovative, and strategic Marketing Strategist to lead marketing initiatives for their growing Hip Hop + R&B roster of artists and labels. This role will involve strategy development, campaign execution, data analysis, audience engagement, and collaboration with internal teams. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and passionate about music, pop culture, and fan behavior.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in music marketing, brand strategy, or entertainment/media
• Deep passion for and connection to Hip Hop + R&B
• Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• 2+ years experience in audience development with a focus on 1st party data
