Praktikant (m/w/d) RCA/ GOLD LEAGUE – A&R

We're looking for a creative and analytical intern to support our A&R team in discovering new artists and managing releases, marketing, and product coordination. Must be passionate about music, especially dance, pop, and rap, and have experience with TikTok, Instagram, Soundcloud, Twitch, and Canva.

Requirements

• Support general tasks at the label such as A&R, marketing, and product coordination
• Talent scouting and discovering promising new artists
• Creating creative content and advertising materials for social media
• Editing and processing image and video files
• Creating and sharing campaign and streaming analysis
• Coordinating artist-independent projects like events, merchandise, or awards
