Job Description
As Associate Director A&R, you will be responsible for music and artist-scouting activities across different genres, identifying and signing new artists, and implementing A&R strategy.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- Minimum 8 years' experience in the music industry
- Expertise in songwriting and production
- Strong relationships with songwriters and producer resources
- Knowledge and experience in the music industry
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
