Job Description
Human Re-Sources is looking for an Associate Director, Marketing to conceptualize, strategize, and lead marketing initiatives for the company and its artists. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in a strategic artist and brand development capacity, a bachelor's degree, and strong communication and project management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4-6 years of experience working in a strategic artist and brand development capacity
- Strong communication skills and a proven track record of communicating a vision and roadmap
- Ability to build strategic plans and execute against them
- Prior experience presenting to executives and senior leadership
- Strong project management skills
