Sony Music Entertainment is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Fan Engagement & Data products across Sony. Requirements
- 10-12+ years in product management with 3-5+ leading B2B product teams or managing PMs (preferably in SaaS, data, consumer engagement, martech, or creator tools)
- Proven track record taking complex products from vision → launch → scale, balancing speed with quality
- Strong systems and data thinking; able to partner with analytics teams and translate insights into roadmap decisions
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives, labels, and cross-functional partners
- Adept at prioritization and trade-off decisions to drive roadmap clarity in evolving environments
- Experience influencing engineering decision-making and navigating technical constraints without losing user value
- Passionate mentor and leader — builds empowered teams, upholds high execution standards, and fosters a culture of collaboration and curiosity
