As the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, you will manage digital media strategy and execution for International Marketing for Sony Music Entertainment in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan.
Requirements
- 5-7 years' experience working in digital marketing or media strategy, ideally in music, entertainment, or streaming.
- Proven track record in digital media buying and budget management at scale at a media agency or on the brand side for leading global brands in SEA, HK, TW.
- Expertise in digital ad platforms (Spotify, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, etc).
- Extensive knowledge of marketing, advertising, and media planning principles with an expert knowledge across all channels
- Strong leadership skills; ability to manage teams and influence stakeholders.
- Highly analytical and data-driven; strong understanding of performance metrics and optimization techniques.
- International experience, understanding of cultural diversity and nuances.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Driven by curiosity and innovation, with a deep interest in understanding fans, culture, genres, trends, our markets, and one another.
- Capable of working independently and thriving in ambiguity, managing multiple projects and stakeholders with agility, speed, and precision in a fast-paced environment.
