Director of Product Design (m/f/d)

We're hiring a Director of Product Design to elevate UX quality, evolve our design system, shape AI-native interactions, and build a high-performing Design organisation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of design leadership, managing teams of 5+ designers.
• 7–10+ years in product/UX design, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience improving UX quality and consistency in complex products.
• Experience evolving and driving adoption of an existing design system.
• Strong product thinking and cross-functional influence.
• A “player–coach” mindset.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows.
