Senior AWS Cloud Engineer (m/f/d)

SoSafe is a human risk management provider that aims to become the leading provider in Europe, and we're looking for a Senior AWS Cloud Engineer to help us achieve this goal. We're a fast-growing security awareness scale-up that leverages behavioural science and data-driven learning to empower people against cyber threats.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working as a Cloud Engineer or in a similar role, with ownership of large-scale, production-grade cloud environments.
• Strong background in cloud computing platforms, preferably AWS, with experience designing scalable and robust architectures.
• Expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Extensive experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent critical thinking, with the ability to work independently, influence technical decision-making, and mentoring junior engineers.
• Strong interdisciplinary collaboration experience with a proven track record of effectively influencing stakeholders across engineering and business teams.
