Job Description
Sterigenics is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to support 12 U.S. facilities and 300 employees in the East and Midwest. This role will focus on employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to Operations and general managers and ensure alignment with business goals.
