Human Resources Coordinator

The HR Coordinator provides support for day-to-day HR operations and ensures a seamless employee experience. This role involves managing administrative processes, supporting HR programs, and partnering with employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle. The position also contributes to accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement within People Operations.

Requirements

• Manage HR mailbox and routes inquiries.
• Maintain employee data in the HCM system.
• Coordinate unemployment claims and process employment verifications.
• Oversee the Trustworthiness & Reliability (T&R) background check process.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly HR reports.
• Support enterprise-wide HR initiatives and projects.
• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support.
• Support SOX audit requirements.
