Job Description
The Manager Maintenance position is responsible for all facility maintenance, personnel, administration, and documentation related to the maintenance of machinery, equipment, and buildings within Sterigenics facilities. This role requires adherence to Sterigenics' quality system requirements, EAM system, and EH&S programs, and involves preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and supervision of maintenance staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum five (5) years maintenance experience
- Two (2) years in a supervisory/managerial capacity
- Solid communications skills
- Computerized Maintenance Management Software
- Microsoft Office Proficient
- Training as specified in the current Training Program
