Operator

The Operator is responsible for monitoring system performance, observing measurements, and ensuring smooth operation of equipment in a sterilization environment. This role involves verifying product movement through the facility, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with repairs, and adhering to safety regulations. The Operator works closely with a Supervisor and other team members to maintain quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of experience working in a sterilization environment
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending and lifting motions over a period of time
• Forklift driving experience
• Computer skills
