Operator

The Operator is responsible for monitoring the system, including pressure, temperature, and humidity, on charts or computer monitors. This role involves ensuring product movement through the facility at the appropriate times and performing tasks such as sterilizing equipment, documenting readings, and reporting issues to the appropriate personnel. The operator also participates in safety committees and helps with preventative maintenance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of experience working in a sterilization environment
• Fluent English
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending and lifting motions
• Forklift driving experience
• Computer skills are a plus
• Medical approved for respirator use
• Tolerance to high temperatures and high humidity
