Operator

The Operator is responsible for coordinating all activities on the conveyor in the plant, including organizing the work orders, performing required paperwork, and assisting the supervisor in safe system operation. Duties include running dosimeters, operating equipment, and maintaining logs. The role involves ensuring accurate system configuration and reporting problems to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Thirty (30) days of experience working in a sterilization environment
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
• Must be willing to work established shifts
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending and lifting motions over a period of time
• Must have forklift driving experience
• Computer skills desired
