Job Description
Sotheby’s is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the accounts receivable and treasury functions with detailed reporting and financial analysis. The role involves preparing journal entries, reconciling financial data, supporting cash operations, and providing analysis on cashflow management. A strong understanding of accounting, financial analysis, and data management is required.
Requirements
- Prepare and record monthly journal entries related to financing transactions.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations.
- Liaise with the accounts receivable team to support cash application and invoicing.
- Monitor and analyze account receivable data, activity, roll forwards, and aging.
