Sound Behavioral Health is hiring a Clinical Supervisor for its WISe team in Tukwila, WA. The Supervisor will provide clinical and administrative supervision to the program, provide direct comprehensive services to clients, and serve as a resource for and provide leadership to other team members.
Requirements
- Assist in the hiring process and train and supervise clinical team members and interns
- Prioritize and assign new clients to team members
- Review and monitor clinical documentation for compliance
- Conduct team member performance evaluations
- Provide clinical and administrative coverage for the program
- Provide clinical services to clients, including mental assessments, evaluations, and treatment
- Advocate for clients and coordinate services with other community agencies
- Maintain working relationships with community and government agencies, other professionals, family members, and significant others
