SOUND Behavioral Health is hiring a Senior Clinical Manager to lead clinical operations in Auburn, WA. The Senior Clinic Manager will emphasize teamwork, trust, professionalism, efficiency, and customer service while advancing Sound's mission.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a counseling-related field (MSW, MS, MA)
- WAC approved Clinical Supervisor
- 5+ years of experience managing, supervising or leading within a clinic setting
- Washington State driver's license and an insurable driving record
- Mental Health Professional (MHP) designation
- Washington State licensure LICSW or LMHC, strongly preferred
