Job Description
Source is seeking an experienced freelance Design System Lead to drive the evolution and implementation of design systems across multiple products and brands. The role focuses on standardization, consistency, and scalability of interfaces, acting as a core element of organizational performance. Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in design systems
- Evolution in complex and political organizations
- Mastering variability, design tokens, and versioning principles
- Understanding both design and code
