Job Description
South College is seeking dynamic and experienced Occupational Therapy practitioners to join their Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) program as adjunct faculty. The program offers a hybrid online learning environment with hands-on lab and simulation experiences, focused on developing competent, compassionate, and evidence-based OT professionals. The position involves teaching, mentoring, and contributing to program improvement.
Requirements
- Deliver engaging and evidence-informed instruction in the areas of Physical Agent Modalities, Splinting, and/or Hand Therapy through hybrid learning formats.
- Design and facilitate lab experiences promoting clinical reasoning and hands-on skills.
- Evaluate student learning outcomes using diverse assessment methods and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with program faculty to ensure course content alignment with the OTD curriculum and ACOTE standards.
- Participate in faculty meetings and training as an adjunct faculty.
- Maintain professional behaviors and ethical reasoning.
