Job Description
South College is seeking a Qualified Adjunct Faculty for their Surgical Technology program. The role involves providing didactic, clinical, and laboratory instruction to students, fostering academic and clinical skill development. Courses are offered on campus and at affiliated clinical sites in the Nashville area.
Requirements
- Provide didactic, clinical, and laboratory instruction in Surgical Technology.
- Guide and mentor students in both academic and clinical settings.
- Hold a minimum of an earned bachelor’s degree.
- Possess a credential in the field of surgical technology through a national certification program accredited by the NCCA.
- Have two years of experience in a role like operating room scrub or as an instructor in surgical technology.
- Strong communication and technology skills.
- Prior teaching experience preferred.
