Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience within a mechanic shop, preferably focused on agriculture equipment
- Certified Red Seal heavy duty technician, with a preference towards an agriculture focus
- The ability to supervise, coach and mentor apprentice technicians
- Experience providing constructive feedback and coaching in the moment
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of organizational and scheduling abilities
- Problem solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions
