Job Description
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support a growing Influencer Marketing team. This role will focus on the administrative and communication side of our campaigns, keeping operations running smoothly while ensuring partners, creators, and internal teams are always in sync.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a marketing support, coordinator, or assistant role—experience in influencer or social media marketing is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, and project management tools like Trello or Notion
