Medical Office Scheduler (Part-Time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Medical Office Scheduler to join our Corporate Headquarters team. As a Medical Office Scheduler, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and providers, coordinating appointments, verifying insurance, and ensuring authorizations are in place.

Requirements

• 2+ years in healthcare required
• Call center experience preferred
• Familiarity with CPS/GE Centricity is a plus
