Job Description
Southeast Orthopedic Specialists is seeking a Call Center Care Coordinator - Worker's Compensation Specialist to join their team in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience working with Workers' Compensation cases, knowledge of worker's compensation, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
- 1- year experience working with Workers' Compensation cases
- Athena experience is always preferred
- High school diploma/GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn and retain company policies, state and federal policies, and workflow processes
