As a Barista, you will execute our mission of inspiring a community of kindness through a revolutionary coffee experience. You will treat every interaction with others as an opportunity to build them up, make delicious drinks, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and key in orders to our point of sale system
• Collect payments and count back change to customers
• Prepare all drinks and premixes
• Move with urgency and stay productive throughout the shift
• Make personal connections with customers through genuine interactions and positive body language
• Know our menu and drink offerings inside and out
• Familiarize with shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores
• Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
